What:
BGI CSRs will now be able to submit field service requests (FSRs) for the following issues:
Installation Feedback/Complaint
Installation Feedback/Custom Charge
Installation Feedback/Tech Compliment

When:
CSRs can begin submitting the additional FSRs once they have completed the agent briefing, “FSR for BGI” in Online Learning (OLE).
Why:
Allowing BGI CSRs to submit FSRs in these three additional areas will help reduce unnecessary transfers and will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction levels.
How:
CSRs will use DORIS to determine if an FSR is appropriate and then submit the request via the FSR tab in Rio.
